He was the office manager of the provincial government of the capital region of Jakarta and was head of the local tourism authorities. From 2007 to 2012, he served as the governor of the province of the capital region of Jakarta.

ARCHBISHOP DR. NIKOLA ETEROVIĆ, born on 20th January 1951 in Pučišća the Island Brač in Croatia, studied at the Pontifical Gregorian University, from where he also got his Ph.D., and at the Pontifical Ecclesiastical Academy. He entered the diplomatic service in 1980, which first led him to the Ivory Coast, Spain and Nicaragua. In 1999 he was appointed as Titular Archbishop of Sisak and the Apostolic Nuncio in Ukraine.

Ambassador VIJAY KESHAV GOKHALE, born on 24th January 1959 entered the diplomatic service after studying history at the University of Delhi. Ambassador Abdul BASIT, born on 10th April 1958, did a Master’s degree in International Relations and entered the foreign service of his country, Pakistan, in October 1982. His diplomatic career took him to the missions of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan in Moscow (1985-1988), New York (1991-1994), Sana'a (1994-1997), Geneva (2001-2003) and London (2003-2008).
